Making the transition from school to working life can feel uncertain. First Step Ready is a full-day workshop designed to give Grade 11 and 12 learners a clear, realistic foundation for their next chapter.
Unlike standard workplace readiness programmes that focus mainly on CV writing and basic interview tips, we go deeper. We equip learners with practical knowledge of the what, where, and how of job hunting — exploring real opportunities, alternative pathways, side hustles, and broader possibilities.
